Royal Saudi Air Force Commander Honored with Oman’s Military Order

Lt. Gen. Turki bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force, has been awarded the Military Order of Oman (Second Class) in recognition of his role in strengthening military cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Oman.
The honor was presented by Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al-Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defense Affairs, during an official meeting at Al-Murtafa’a Camp in Muscat. The award reflects the growing defense collaboration and strategic partnership between the two neighboring countries.
During the visit, Lt. Gen. Turki also held discussions with Air Vice Marshal Khamis bin Hammad Al-Ghafri, Commander of the Royal Air Force of Oman. The talks focused on joint training programs, military drills, and expanding cooperation between the two air forces, underscoring mutual commitment to regional security and defense coordination.
