Saudi Arabia’s Cabinet on Tuesday expressed strong support for US President Donald Trump’s initiatives aimed at ending the ongoing conflicts in Gaza and Sudan. The meeting, led by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, underscored Riyadh’s commitment to regional stability and cooperation with Washington.
Ministers highlighted several agreements recently signed with the United States across key sectors, including defense, artificial intelligence, nuclear energy, minerals, education and finance. These accords stemmed from the crown prince’s visit to the US, which sought to deepen strategic ties and promote a shared vision for a more secure Middle East.
The Cabinet also pointed to the $270 billion in Saudi investments announced during the Saudi-US Investment Forum. Officials said these partnerships are designed to diversify Saudi Arabia’s economy, expand technological and energy capabilities, and create business opportunities across multiple industries.
Additionally, ministers welcomed Trump’s efforts to push for a ceasefire in Gaza and emphasized support for establishing a clear path toward a two-state solution. They also called for a complete withdrawal of Israeli forces from the territory to enable reconstruction and long-term stability. The Cabinet further voiced approval of US-led initiatives aimed at ending the conflict in Sudan.
