Date:

Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan has described the Kingdom’s relationship with the United Arab Emirates as “critically important” for regional stability, stressing the importance of close cooperation between the two Gulf partners.
Speaking during an official visit to Poland, Prince Faisal acknowledged that Saudi Arabia and the UAE had differing views in the past over the conflict in Yemen. He noted that the UAE’s decision to withdraw from Yemen could help strengthen bilateral relations moving forward.
The foreign minister said Saudi Arabia is prepared to take greater responsibility in Yemen following the UAE’s exit, adding that this step could serve as a foundation for maintaining a strong and constructive partnership. He emphasised that a solid Saudi-UAE relationship is essential not only for both countries but also for wider regional and Gulf stability.
