Saudi Arabia and Bahrain have formalized their commitment to bolster cooperation in research and knowledge exchange by signing a memorandum of understanding. The agreement, sealed in Riyadh, involves the King Fahd National Library and the Bahrain Center for Strategic, International and Energy Studies.
